• A face to face interview with a recruiter will help us develop a solid understanding of your career goals and needs.
• The Search Finance team will research current career opportunities based on your professional goals.
• We will always call or email you to discuss opportunities before submitting your resume.
• Provided you are interested in an opportunity, Search Finance will present your background to our client.
• If there is mutual interest, Search Finance will coordinate an interview.
• We will thoroughly prepare you for the interview by providing insight into the company, what to expect, and interviewing advice.
• Following the interview we will contact you and the client to obtain timely feedback.
• If an offer is made, Search Finance will actively participate in salary and benefits negotiation.
• Should you decide to accept the offer, Search Finance will assist in your transition.
