Michelle M. Johnner, CPAMichelle began her career in recruiting in 1996 with the national recruiting firm of Source Finance, where she stayed until 1999. During this time, she and her Dallas team were consistently ranked as one of the top recruiting teams in the U.S. for Source Finance. In 1999 Michelle and a few of her associates left to form Search Finance, Inc. Prior to recruiting, she worked for Ernst & Young as a Senior Auditor. Elizabeth Hamm, CPAElizabeth began her career in recruiting in 1995 with the national recruiting firm of Source Finance, where she stayed until 1999. During this time, she and her Dallas team were consistently ranked as one of the top recruiting teams in the U.S. for Source Finance. In 1999 Elizabeth and several of her Source Finance associates formed the recruiting firm of Search Finance, Inc. Prior to recruiting, she handled tax and audit work for the local public accounting firm of Huselton and Morgan. Gary HammGary began his recruiting career with Source Finance during the fall of 1995 and stayed with this national recruiting firm until the summer of 1999. The Dallas Source Finance team was consistently ranked as one of the company's top finance/accounting recruiting groups in the nation. Gary then teamed up with fellow Source Finance associates and began recruiting for the newly formed Search Finance. Prior to recruiting, Gary worked for KPMG as a Senior Auditor in their Dallas office. Gary holds a BBA in Accounting from Baylor University where he graduated in 1992.
